OOU Postgraduate School Fees Payment Deadline

The management of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago Iwoye, Postgraduate School has announced a new deadline for registration and payment of 2017/2018 academic session school fees.

In view of the numerous appeals received from Postgraduate Students; the Management has approved the extension of deadline for payment of School Fees and Registration for 2017/2018 Session  to Wednesday 7th March, 2018.

Former Update:

Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, the Provost has approved the extension of period of payment of school fees for 2017/2018 session to Monday, 15th January, 2018.

However, late payment/registration fees of 5% of school fees will be paid by all students (Fresh and Returning) who want to make payment between 16th and 31st January, 2018 while late payment/registration fee of 10% of school fees will be paid by all students who want to make payment between 1st and 28th February, 2018

Any returning students who could not pay his/her school fees by 28th February, 2018 should apply for Leave of Absence for 2017/2018 Session through his/her Head of Department and the Dean to the Secretary, Postgraduate School between 1st and 9th March, 2018.

All students are to note that no student (Fresh and Returning) will be allowed to pay school fees after 28th February, 2018.

Olabisi Onabanjo University , OOU extends the deadline for the sale of the 2018/2019 academic session postgraduate programmes admission forms.

OOU Postgraduate Admission

The sale of the OOU Postgraduate Admission form has been estended. The new deadline is Monday, 22nd October, 2018. The Vice- Chancellor approved the extension to avail prospective applicants who are yet to purchase the forms more opportunity to do so.

The University Postgraduate School has therefore reiterated that Application forms are to be purchased with the sum of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) via Point of Sales (POS) Centres located at the Postgraduate School, Main Campus, Ago-Iwoye or any of the designated POS Centres in all campuses of the University (i.e. Ayetoro, Ibogun and Ikenne/Sagamu).

Recommended: OOU Postgraduate Admission Form 2018/2019.

Prospective applicants are urged to make better use of this new deadline purchase their forms as urgently required.

Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago Iwoye, acceptance fee and school fees payment deadline for the 2018/2019 academic session newly admitted candidates.

OOU Acceptance & School Fees Payment Deadline

This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, for the 2018/2019 academic session that the management has released the deadline for payment of school fees and acceptance fee.

OOU acceptance fee and school fees payment deadline is 30th September, 2018.

All OOU newly admitted students are by this notice advised to ensure they pay up their Acceptance fees and school fees before the given deadline.

Failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of admission.

The Management of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State,wishes to inform all Parents,Guardians,our Students and the general public that the University Senate did not at any time discuss or approve a Bursary Award to students as claimed by some fraudsters who released a form tagged “OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY, ANNUAL BURSARY ALLOWANCE ” for Students (Indigent and Non- Indigent) to fill online.

Please, note that this is a facade and an attempt to mislead and defraud our Students and indeed the general public. Therefore, this FALSE information should be discountenanced as the form and the entire process did not emanate from the University.

The management of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has introduced an online portal where its graduates can book for transcripts from anywhere in the world. The portal is called “OOU e-transcript”.

OOU Transcript Request

The general public is hereby informed that Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago Iwoye has introduced an online portal for transcript services with effect from 10th January, 2019. This new system will enable OOU graduates book for transcripts from anywhere in the world and also change the way our Institution communicate and exchange information globally.

The OOU “e-transcript”, as it is branded, can be accessible on the university website https://etranscript.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng. Users are expected to create a profile with their matriculation numbers as well as email addresses after which they will be requested to supply details of the Institution or Organization to which they want the University to send the transcripts.

With this new service, any graduate of OOU can get his/her transcripts through the transcript portal by applying online, pay using any of the payment options, receive status alerts on the request, and get a student copy of the  transcripts.Hard copies will be couriered simultaneously,either Locally or Internationally without additional costs.

I am using this medium to enjoin you to please take advantage of this technology-based platform.

As usual with all new products,there may be some teething problems in the take off of this platform.I assure you however that our dedicated team of Professionals are online 24 hours of the day to receive your reports and comments and will attend to all issues raised promptly.

How to Request for OOU Transcript.

  • To make a transcript request, simply go to https://etranscript.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng and click on the ‘Continue’ button above. Fill in your details accurately as required on the form. Please note that it is necessary to provide a valid email address while filling your biodata form. This will be used by the portal to send you status alerts of your application.
  • The cost of Local Transcript Delivery is ₦ 8,000.00 while the cost of International Transcript Delivery is ₦ 50,000.00. In addition ₦ 1, 000.00 administrative fee will be charged annually.
  • You are expected to provide shipping details about the transcript you are requesting as follows: The name of the Institution or Organization that the transcript is to be sent to as well as its full address including email address and City, State, ZIP/Postcode (for foreign addresses) and Country. Please note that the address you enter is the address that the courier will deliver your transcript to, therefore ensure that you are as detailed and accurate as possible.
  • After you have chosen your card-payment option, enter your card details as directed by portal and make your payment. (You can pay with any ATM card you have (VISA, INTERSWITCH or MASTERCARD) as long as that card has been enabled for web transactions. Please confirm from your bank that your card is enabled for web transactions).
  •  After successful payment, you may wish to print your payment receipt.
