Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic (NUBAPOLY) National Diploma (ND) full-time programmes for the 2019/2020 academic session.

Nuhu Bamalli Poly Post UTME Eligibility.

  • A minimum of WASC/GCE/NECO/SSCE NTC “O” Level with at least five Credits which must include Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English Language.
  • Minimum JAMB score for Polytechnics

How to Apply for NUBAPOLY Post UTME Form.

Interested Candidates are to visit the school or locate any approved Cyber-cafes to register online.

  • Go to Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic post UTME portal at https://postutme.nubapoly.net/.
  • Enter your JAMB No in the box provided on the left
  • Click on the submit button to check if your data is submitted to us by JAMB
  • If your information is found a Transaction ID would be generated for you.
  • Click on Proceed to Payment link on your invoice. You can pay online or in any Branch of the major banks nationwide
  • If your Payment is made in a Banks branch, you are to return to this portal and check your payment status
  • If your payment is successful(Online or Bank branch), you would be asked to open a PUTME Screening account.
  • For those who are applying through JAMB change of Institute, the Data is not immediately available. Therefore, If your data is not available you shall check again later.

In the process of opening your account PLEASE use a password that you would always remember DO NOT Disclose your password to anyone

Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, NUBAPOLY acceptance fee payment, clearance and registration procedures for the candidates offered provisional admission into the polytechnic’s Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2019/2020 academic session.

NUBA Poly Admission Acceptance Fee Payment & Registration Procedure.

The management of the Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic (NUBAPOLY), Zaria, Kaduna State, has released the procedures for the payment of acceptance fee and registration for all the candidates admitted into its Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2019/2020 academic session.

ND Candidates:

  • Acceptance fees: =N=5,000.00
  • Registration fees: =N=47,500.00
  • Bank Charges: =N= 200.00

HND Candidates:

  • Acceptance fees: =N=5,000.00
  • Registration fees: =N=32,500.00
  • Bank Charges: =N= 200.00

Please carefully study and follow the registration procedure as outlined below. If you encounter any problem along the line, please contact the Office of the Academic Secretary at the Main Campus for possible guidance.

  1. Visit www.nubapoly.edu.ng to print admission notification from the internet using your application number. Proceed to the office of the director of the school you are admitted to, for first screening and collection of an admission Letter.
  2. Proceed to the bank indicated on your admission letter to pay your registration fee using the admission letter. The bank will issue you a customised teller and receipt for this purpose.
  3. Visit www.nubapoly.edu.ng to print the payment aknowledgement and course registration (Form C).
  4. Proceed to the Registration Officer at the directors’ Office for documentation.
  5. Return the central file to the registration Officer and Submit the departmental file to the department accordingly.
