Heritage Polytechnic notice to students on JAMB Regularization

This is to inform students of Heritage Polytechnic that henceforth, there will be no JAMB regularization for all anymore. The following affected students are to write their names, course of study and year of admission and submit to the admission officer in Room 1 on or before Wednesday 8, 2021 by 12:00 noon:

1. All students who did not write JAMB before 2017.

3. All students who wrote JAMB but did not accept their admission.


For the avoidance of doubt, all affected students (Regular or Part-time) from previous years to 2021 are to fill their details as this is the last opportunity to regularize their admission.


Students who fail to utilize this opportunity would only have themselves to blame.

Heritage Polytechnic announces Christmas break

As the year 2021 comes to an end, it is my pleasure to inform all staff, students and the entire Heritage community that the institution will observe a short break for Christmas and New year celebrations beginning from Monday, 20th December 2021 till Sunday 9th January 2022.

Consequently, normal academic and administrative activities for the First semester 2021/2022 Session will resume on Monday 10th January 2022.

Heritage Polytechnic announces Christmas break

All staff and students are expected to resume as scheduled, as First-semester Examination is billed to commence on Monday, 31st January 2022. Examination time tables have been published at various departments to this effect. In view of this, students are advised to pay their school fee online and also register all their first semester&-8217;s courses. Current final year students, who failed some courses in their ND 1 and HND 1 respectively during the 2020/2021 First semester, are also advised to register those failed courses, in addition to their normal semester&-8217;s courses provided the total credit load does not exceed 35 units and write exams in them, with Batch A. All should please note that no fee, no examinations policy will be fully implemented.

Meanwhile, Management expresses her utmost appreciation to all staff, teaching and non-teaching, for their positive contributions, team spirit and display of professionalism, in their various fields, during the year. We are very grateful.

Finally, on behalf of management, I wish all staff and students, a merry Christmas and a prosperous 2022.

Heritage Polytechnic, Akwa Ibom State, has released the revised Academic Calendar for the 2019/2020 session. All students are urged to complete the semester registration before the commencement of the examination.

Heritage Polytechnic Post-UTME 2020: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration details

This is to inform the general public that Admission into Heritage Polytechnic for the 2020/2021 session has started. Interested in qualified candidates are to apply.

The Polytechnic admits into her ND programs, FIVE O&-8217; Level Credit Passes in relevant subjects. In addition to this HND applicant must hold ND of accredited institutions.

  • All candidates who applied to the Heritage Poly as First Choice.
  • Scored a minimum of 120 points in the UTME.
  • A candidate who Possessed an NCE/IJMB/Advanced Level GCE/Diploma can also apply for HND Programme.

2. Register

  • Enter Transaction Reference ID
  • Click on get login details

Note: U’ll be Issued: RegistrationNo | Password

3. Retrieve Transaction Ref ID

  • Form Registration Number
  • Click on Retrieve Transaction Ref ID

4. Print payment receipt/invoice

  • Enter TransReferenceID or Confirmation Number
  • Click on Check payment status

Note: Your Confirmation Number is on the Payment Receipt from the Bank. Your Transaction Reference is on Payment Invoice from the Portal.
