General Requirements:

Applicants must possess a minimum of four (4) credits at not more than two sittings in the GCE O/L, NECO SSC or WASC, NABTEB or its equivalent.  Candidates are also expected to fulfil the specific Departmental requirements for their various courses of choice.

Specific Requirements:

 1 Agricultural Science Education a. Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Mathematics and either Chemistry, Agricultural Science or Biology and one of Geography/ Economics.b.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Mathematics, and either Chemistry, Agricultural Science or Biology and any one of Geography or Economics
2 Biology Education Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including Mathematics, Biology and English Language.
3 Business Education Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and one other subject OR Associateship Certificate in Education/Accounting/Business Administration /Marketing/ Secretarial Studies awarded by an approved Institution of Higher Learning.
4 Chemistry Education Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including Mathematics and Chemistry, with a credit in English Language.
5 Computer Science Education a. Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language and Maths, Physics and Chemistry.b. Minimum of four Merits in TC II, including English Language and Maths and any other two Science subjects.
6 Early Childhood Education a.  Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass in including English Language &-038; Maths.b.  Minimum of four (4) Merits in TC II, including English Language and Maths.
7 Economics Education Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass in including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and one of Geography or Government. (b) A minimum of four Merits in TC II, including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and either of Geography or Government.
8 Geography Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass in including English Language, Mathematics, Geography, and at least one of Economics or Government.b.   A minimum of four Merits in TC II, including English Language and Mathematics, Geography, and at least one of Economics or Government.
9 Guidance &-038; Counselling Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language and Mathematics, Government or History. (b) A minimum of four Merits in TC II, including English Language and Mathematics, Government or History.
10 Health, Safety &-038; Environmental Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Mathematics and one Science subject from Biology/Health Science, Agricultural Science, Chemistry and Physics and one other subject.
11 Hotel &-038; Catering Management Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Mathematics, Biology &-038; any of Food and Nutrition or Home Management, &-038; Chemistry.b.   (b) TC II with at least Merit passes in four subjects as required in (a) above and credit passes in Mathematics and General Science.
12 Human Kinetics, Recreation &-038; Sports Science Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Maths &-038; Biology or Health Science OR minimum of four Merits in TC II, including English Language, Mathematics,  Physical Education &-038; any other subject.b.  Holders of Associateship Certificate in Education.
13 Integrated Science Education a.  Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Maths, Biology and Chemistry.b.  Minimum of four(4) Merits in TC II in the relevant Science subjects, English Language and Mathematics as indicated in (a) above.
14 Library Science Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language &-038; Mathsb.   A minimum of four (4) Merits in TC II, including English Language &-038; Maths.c.   Any other equivalent qualification acceptable to Senate as in (a) and (b) above
15 Mathematics Education Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including Mathematics, Chemistry or Physics and English Language.
16 Physics Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Mathematics and Physics, and any other subject.
17 Political Science Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language and Mathematics, Government or History and one other Arts or Science subjects.b.   A minimum of four Merits in TC II, including English Language and Mathematics, Government or History and one other Arts or Science subject.
18 Secretarial Studies Education a.  Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Mathematics, Economics or Commerce and one other subject.b.  Associateship Certificate in Education/Accounting/Business Administration/ Secretarial Studies awarded by an approved Institution of Higher Learning.
19 Social Studies Education a.     Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language and Mathematics and any two of Economics, Government, History, Geography, CRS or Commerce.b.     Minimum of four Merits in TC II, including English Language and Mathematics and any two of Economics, Government or History Geography, CRS or Commence.
20 Technical Education a.   Minimum of four (4) O/L credits pass including English Language, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry and any other Arts/Social Science/Science subjects.b.   A minimum of four Merits in TC II, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry and any other Arts/Social Science/Science subjects

How To Apply For DELSU Diploma Admission Form.

Candidates are required to visit https://portal.delsu.edu.ng/ to generate virtual pin of N15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) only payable at any of: Ecobank, Unity Bank, Zenith Bank or UBA banks.

PROCEDURE TO GENERATE VIRTUAL PIN

i) Visit https://portal.delsu.edu.ng/

ii) Click online registration

iii) Click Start

(iv) Click Diploma Programme

(v) Click Start

(vi) Submit the form and generate pin

(vii) Print out the pin generated

(viii) Visit the specified bank for payment.

(viii) Candidates should with the payment pin (valid for six (6) hours only) access and complete the Delta State University, Abraka, 2020/2021 Diploma Form online at https://portal.delsu.edu.ng/ with their recent coloured passport sized photograph (JPEG format &-038; 20kb in size).

(ix) Candidates are advised to use virtual pin immediately after payment, as the pin will be invalid after six (6) hours of generation.

(x) Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the front page of the website before completing the form.

(xi) Candidates are required to come to the examination venue with the following:

  •  a copy of the Print-out of completed online confirmation of application;
  • two recent passport-sized colour photographs with full names of candidates &-038; signature on the reversed side of photographs;
  • four-figure table (where applicable), biro, HB pencil and eraser.

NOTE:

  • Candidates are to log in ONLY the courses they chose for the Diploma programme.
  • GSM phones are not allowed.
  • Parents, guardians and well-wishers will not be allowed to stay around the venue of the examination.
  • Any person caught impersonating will be handed over to the Police and the candidates impersonated will automatically be disqualified.
  • All Candidates with four (4) Credits are advised to make up the relevant five (5) Credits at the end of the programme to enable them qualify for the degree programme.

How to Obtain Akwa Ibom State Poly HND Form.

APPLY HERE

  • Candidates should visit the School’s website http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng, click online Application, then generate an invoice with the following details:   i. Phone number and ii. Name
  • Candidates should go to any Commercial Bank in Nigeria with their invoice(RRR Number) to purchase an electronic PIN and make payment of N8,000 (EIGHT THOUSAND NAIRA) and obtain a PIN. (INCLUSIVE OF BANK AND OTHER CHARGES).
  • Application should therefore be completed by visiting http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng with the obtained pin to complete the application with the following steps:
    • Highlight “Admissions” and select “Application Forms” then select your choice of programme and insert the obtained PIN (Confirmation Order) in the appropriate form to complete the application.
    • Attach 1 year Industrial Attachment Letter.
    • Official ND Transcript to be sent to the Registrar.

APTITUDE TEST: There shall be no physical Aptitude Testing. The mode of Aptitude Test shall be based on a dedicated calibrated format.

This is to invite all qualified and interested candidates to apply for either the Preliminary or Remedial Programmes of the School of General and Preliminary Studies (SOGAPS), Federal University Dutsinma for the 2018/2019 admission.

Objectives of FUDMA Preliminary & Remedial Studies Programmes.

  1. Offer Pre-degree training for Preliminary students  in Science, Arts and Social Sciences courses;
  2. Offer training for Remedial students to remedy their ‘O’ level deficiency;
  3. Assist SOGAPS students to gain admission direct into 100 level  in Federal University Dutsinma; and
  4. Make SOGAPS Students familiar with University system.

FUDMA Preliminary & Remedial Studies Admission Eligibility.

  • For Preliminary studies: – A candidate should possess five (5) credits in Eng, Maths, and three subjects in any of the following courses: Science/Arts and Social Sciences courses.
  • For Remedial studies: – A candidate should possess at least three (3) credits in any of the following courses: Science/Arts and Social Sciences subjects.

All candidates both (Preliminary & Remedial) are to note that the screening exercise is for character, as well as for academic and biodata credentials.

How to Apply for FUDMA Preliminary & Remedial Studies Admission.

All interested candidates (Science, Arts and Social Sciences courses) are advised to follow the procedures below:

  1. Visit our application portal at http://sogaps.fudutsinma.edu.ng/application, locate and click Start Application at the bottom left corner of the page to start your application.
  2. Fill and submit the “Application Form”.
  3. A “Payment Transaction Slip” is generated for you. On it, you will find your unique Transaction ID for making payments, as well as your Application Form Number.
  4. Print a copy of your Payment Transaction Slip, and proceed to pay a non-refundable fee of N5,300 (Five thousand, three hundred naira only) using the payment procedure highlighted below.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

  1. log on unto www.remita.net
  2. Click on the ‘PAY A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCY’ box which redirects you to a new page
  3. On the ‘Name of MDA’ box type FEDERAL UNIVERSITY DUTSINMA
  4. On the ‘Name of Service/Purpose’, click on the drop box and select ‘SOGAPS Application Form’ option.
  5. On the ‘Description’ box type ‘SOGAPS Application Form’
  6. On the ‘Amount to pay’ a non-refundable fee of five thousand three hundred naira (N5,300.00) only
  7. On the purpose box type ‘SOGAPS Application Form’, complete the form and print. Proceed to any of the commercial banks and make payments through remita.
  8. Candidates are advised to come along with the printed Transaction ID from the portal and evidence of payment from the bank for presentation to the University’s Bursary Department for collection of the University receipt on the screening exercise date.
  9. Return to the Portal (http://sogaps.fudutsinma.edu.ng/application) after collection of receipt, enter your Application Form Number and email address to continue your application.
  10. Complete and submit the full application form with accurate data.

FUNAAB IJMB Programme.

The IJMB Programme is a full-time Advanced level programme that runs for 10-11months (April to February). It is designed to prepare students for entry into the second year of various degree programmes of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and other Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria.

The programme is run for two semesters by qualified staff and the students are assessed through internally conducted Continuous Assessment Tests (CAT) during the semesters and the main external examination at the end of the second semester by February.

Depending on their choice of discipline, each student is expected to take 3 basic combinations of any of the following subjects and 2 additional compulsory subjects as stated below:

INHURD, Federal University of Agriculture, runs a 10 months Intensive and residential Cambridge ‘A’ Level programme. At the end of the programme, successful candidates are guaranteed admission into the 200 Level of all courses offered by FUNAAB or any other Universities within and outside Nigeria.

Imo Poly Part-Time Weekend Admission Requirements.

Entry Requirements ND Programmes:  Entry Requirement is through O’ level (WAEC, GCE, NABTEB, NECO or any other relevant approved O’ level certificate) at a maximum of two sittings.

Entry Requirements HND Programme:  Must have ND in Relevant discipline.

How to Apply for Imo State Poly ND & HND Part-Time Weekend Admission Form.

  • Visit https://www.imopoly.edu.ng/
  • On the top navigation just beside the login button, click “Apply Now
  • Accurately fill the form and click APPLY
  • On the next page (payment invoice page), click Pay Online 
  • You will be taken to the payment, enter your card details and click pay
  • Payment is made and you are returned to the website, you will also get an email with your payment and application details
  • Print the application summary page and bring it along when coming for screening/verification
