This is to inform all prospective DE students of Adamawa state University that the First Batch Admission List for the 2021/2022 session is out.

Candidates are to report for clearance from 23rd February to 2nd March 2022 (ONE WEEK ONLY) at their various faculties for clearance and appropriate placement.

Candidates are to present the following documents at the clearance venue.

 

1. Original certificate(s) of Educational qualification

il. Original copy of Local Government Indigene Certificate

iii. Original Birth Certificate/Statutory Declaration of Age

iv. Original/Photocopy of UTME/DE slip

V. Original &-8216;O&-8217; level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB etc)

vi. Diploma/NCE/IJMB results.

vil. Original copy of online screening form.

viii. Original JAMB admission letter.

ADSU extends late course registration deadline, 2021/2022

The Senate of Adamawa State University, Mubi at the Extraordinary Senate Meeting held on Thursday 16th December, 2021 in the University Senate Chamber considered the report from the Academic Planning Unit to revise the Academic calendar for 2021/2022 Academic Session.

The calendar which was earlier approved by the Senate at its 103rd Regular meeting which held on 25th November, 2021, was adjusted to accommodate the extension of period allowed for students to complete their registration.

ADSU extends late course registration deadline, 2021/2022

Consequently, the Senate approved the Extension of Late Registration for the 2021/2022 Academic Session to now take effect from 4th – 10th January, 2022 as against the earlier date.

Students are advised to ensure they complete their registration within the stipulated period allowed. The attendant charges for late registration will apply and thereafter, the portal shall be closed.

Concerned students are therefore advised to take note in order to avoid late registration and being cut up with the portal closure.

ADSU announces end of the Year Break

This is to inform all members of staff and University community that the Management has approved closure of the School for the forthcoming Christmas and New Year Celebrations with effect from Monday, 20th December, 2021, while normal work shall resume on Tuesday 4th January, 2022.

However, Security and other essential services personnel will work during the break.

This is to inform all prospective UTME students of Adamawa state University that the Second Batch Admission List for the 2021/2022 session is out.

Candidates are to report for clearance from 5th to 13th May, 2022 (ONE WEEK ONLY) at their various faculties for clearance and appropriate placement.
